Training plans directly from the gym owner! Nico brings over 20 years of experience as a coach and athlete. Over the years, he has found that well-executed, smartly designed basic exercises with the barbell achieve the best results in strength and muscle building. All participants train with his specially crafted training plan, with weights adjusted for each individual. The plan includes options for personal adjustments if exercises need to be modified for you. With planned progressions, you can make steady progress.
